I finally finished Special A recently due to a mention by daigranon, and I loved it so much. It reminded me of why I continually fall for and read/watch shoujo manga (and many mangas and anime in general) so much despite my dad's opinion that it is (and hence, me) is very childish. LOL! Outside of the wonderful art and hilarity that comes with many of them, they do convey important messages in interesting ways. So many interesting ways. However, Special A in particular carries that slightly optimistic quality that I admire in these stories - an optimism that things work out, that misunderstandings come into understanding, and people may exist within these complicated webs but at it's core, it's just all - life. : ) Everybody's got his or her own story to tell. A different perspective.

That said, the action mangas have been very... action-y recently, and I must cut for certain spoilers. (Naruto, Bleach, and Eyeshield 21)

Naruto:
*sniffles* YAY! ALIVE! THEY ARE ALL ALIVE! AND KAKAAAAAAAAASHI! *squish-hugs Pain* And go Naruto!

(And boo you Sasuke because you're going to come and wreak havoc all over again. *sighs* I hope some sense is knocked into you. I would love it if Naruto and Sakura do the honors.)
