Your writing in this story has a gentleness which really lends itself to Louis and Felix's relationship. I'll echo some of the other comments on how much I loved your pacing. There was a perfect mix of texture and detail and what I'll call blank canvas in the story. You gave enough to anchor our images of their relationship, while leaving enough canvas to fill for each reader to make the story their own. You already know my favorite part was when Louis asked Felix to walk him through the jumps before Demetrius. It felt very real to them and Louis' both loving Felix and giving him space at the same time.

Unfortunately, Felix/Louis in canon was an ad hoc add-on, which meant it wasn't particularly well developed. The one thing I did notice and truly like was how very tactile they were. In every scene where they were together, they touched. Every single scene. That tactile part of their relationship is something I always look for in a Gaeta/Hoshi story. You captured it so well at so many points.

This is a wonderful addition to the Felix & Louis' story and honestly, should be crossposted to gaeta_squee.
