Your writing here was really, really gorgeous. You created such a haunting sense of what life was like on New Caprica, and the slow building of their connection. The little bit of humor in sick bay was perfect, too. I feel like you know them so well, and now I've gained a little bit of insight to them through this. Really lovely job!
